The whole Winter Olympics thing is just kind of weird.  Most of the crap they do aren’t even sports.  It's just a bunch of weird little things that people have dedicated way too much of their time to.  I think that’s why the TV ratings are so low this year – people have finally realized its all a bunch of crap.  Even the high-rated events like men’s figure skating (or as I like to call it, women’s figure skating).  It’s all just a big, weird talent show.

Announcer1:  “Coming up soon, some guy skating around, jumping, and spinning a lot, all set to music.”

Announcer2:  “But first; a dog that can do the Macarena.”

They claim they’re the best athletes in the world, but that’s just because nobody else does the crap they do.  For instance, for all I know, I’m incredible at the luge.  I've just never tried it.

Curler1:  “We ended up getting the silver medal in curling.”

Curler2:  “Who got bronze?”

Curler1:  “Nobody.  They couldn’t find a third team of people with enough free time to waste on such a stupid sport.”

 P.S.  I also hate opening ceremonies, closing ceremonies, and all other ceremonies in general.
